Jumpluff and Clefable. My reasoning? Jumpluff is hilarious to use. It's exceedingly simple to use, but the results are nearly always effective and usually frustrating enough to make an opponent scream ioiut in frustration. Clefable is fun because of her "xbawks hueg" movepool and lulzy stats to take advantage of it. You put it out, and your opponent must wonder what it does.
